**skilled worker visa management:** * oversee the process of sponsoring skilled worker visas, ensuring all applications comply with home office regulations. * maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of immigration laws, particularly in relation to the skilled worker visa process, ensuring the organization adheres to all immigration and work permit guidelines. * work with external legal advisors and immigration experts to manage visa applications, renewals, and compliance with visa conditions for eligible employees. * ensure the business is prepared for regular audits related to contracts, visa management, employee relations, and health and safety. * applicants must have the right to work and reside in the uk. * knowledge of the skilled worker visa process and uk immigration regulations. this role includes oversight of recruitment, employee relations, visa management, health and safety compliance, payroll collaboration, and cultural initiatives for over 600 employees across multiple sites.
