**hr immigration officer** the hr immigration officer is responsible for ensuring ivolve remains compliant with uk immigration legislation and right to work requirements. the role manages sponsorship processes, supports colleagues requiring visas, maintains sponsor licence compliance, and provides expert advice to managers and the wider people team. * manage the organisation's sponsor licence and ensure compliance with ukvi requirements. * process certificates of sponsorship (cos) and maintain sponsor management system (sms) records. * complete and audit right to work checks across the employee lifecycle. * monitor visa expiry dates and manage renewals and reporting deadlines. * provide immigration advice and guidance to managers, hr and recruitment teams. * maintain accurate immigration records and prepare for ukvi audits. * keep up to date with changes in immigration legislation and recommend process improvements. * experience in immigration compliance. * experience managing a uk sponsor licence and sponsor management system (sms). * good understanding of uk right to work legislation. * 100% right to work compliance. * timely management of sponsorship and visa processes. * accurate immigration records and reporting. as a hr immigration officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our colleagues can continue to make a real difference every day while helping the organisation maintain the highest standards of legal and regulatory compliance.
