"fujifilm biotechnologies is seeking a global mobility specialist to help shape and execute our immigration strategy and global mobility programs. you ll collaborate with external partners, counsel business and people \& culture stakeholders on immigration and tax compliance, and support employees through international assignments and relocations. * manage and administrate the end\-to\-end process of global mobility assignments \& cross border recruitment, including relocation, immigration, tax, and compliance. * ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in collaboration with external legal counsel or immigration specialists for globally mobile talent. * coordinate and manage work permit and visa applications for international assignments, including supporting documentation and compliance checks. * partner with the external vendors and services providers, such as tax, immigration, and relocation service providers to ensure they provide a seamless and high touch experience with our employees."
