"uk and overseas applicants one\-year internship sponsorship where required, james y7 ltd will seek to arrange visa sponsorship for the successful applicant for a one\-year (12\-month) internship through an authorised government authorised exchange (gae) scheme sponsor. sponsorship is subject to the applicant s eligibility, approval of the placement and a successful visa application. applicants already in the uk who require sponsorship must meet the relevant requirements for their immigration circumstances. for flexible placements that do not require sponsorship, working hours will vary between 0 and 35\.7 hours per week, depending on available work and mutually agreed availability. where sponsorship is required, working hours and contract terms must meet the authorised scheme sponsor s requirements and be agreed before sponsorship proceeds. sponsored placements cannot proceed on terms that the scheme does not accept."
