"**immigration consultant** do you have knowledge of visa and sponsorship processes? do you have experience in uk immigration legal processes? as the immigration consultant, you will be working alongside a market-leading defence and aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. * manage interface with external immigration consultants currently in charge of immigration administration of moves to the uk in order to ensure the initial and continuing right to work of employees going on short international move therefore ensuring compliance with eu and national laws * collect and provide all the necessary data needed by the provider to manage the administrative visa requests according to country combination and activity performed from the business / hrbps (job description, salary info, home and host entity details etc ) * ensure a global tracking of employees visa expiry dates * manage the employees visa renewals and change of employment applications * ensure our sponsor licence responsibilities with the home office are met * organisation of awareness sessions on immigration rules * contribution to the collaborative network of local immigration experts * manage the immigration steps in the end-to-end external recruitment process of non-uk/non-irish nationals (actions performed in and outside the hr tool): * check their immigration title * if applicable, initiate the immigration provider and follow up the case * once issued, review the immigration documents and confirm in the hr tool * diploma/certification or strong experience in uk immigration * experience in giving immigration advise * working along side visa provider * inbound uk immigration knowledge * knowledge of visa, sponsorship * stakeholder management and working with external organisations for immigration"
