"you will also support skilled worker sponsorship, right to work compliance, visa management, and disclosure and barring service (dbs) processes. you will provide professional, accurate support on safer employment, disclosure and barring service checks, right to work, visa and sponsorship requirements for council services, schools and external customers. * provide clear technical advice to employees, managers, schools and services on safeguarding, dbs checks, right to work and sponsorship requirements. * manage skilled worker sponsorship activity and monitor time-limited visas to support compliance with home office requirements. * develop and deliver practical training and guidance on safeguarding, sponsorship, single central records and dbs processes. * an understanding of dbs processes, immigration, or employment compliance legislation."
