"solicitor (litigation, employment and immigration) visa sponsorship: available for suitably qualified candidates (skilled worker route) we advise on immigration, civil litigation, employment, and landlord and tenant matters. immigration is one of our primary service areas. we are recruiting a solicitor to manage a caseload of contentious and advisory matters across civil litigation, employment and immigration law. immigration law is central to our practice, so the successful candidate will be expected to develop their knowledge of uk immigration law and practice. advising individual and corporate clients on civil litigation, employment, immigration and related matters. assisting with immigration matters, including skilled worker and sponsor licence applications, family and settlement applications, and responses to home office requests for further information. a willingness and aptitude to learn uk immigration law and practice. experience or academic study of uk immigration law. structured training in immigration law and support for continuing competence."
