"lstm is seeking an experienced people services adviser to provide specialist operational and technical support across organisational change, fixed\-term contract management, and immigration compliance. you will play a central role in managing consultation administration activity, fixed\-term contracts, redundancies, and redeployment processes, alongside immigration and sponsorship compliance. * oversee the alignment of contract renewals with ukvi sponsorship obligations, ensuring continuity of right to work and immigration compliance. * provide operational support for immigration and sponsorship processes across skilled worker, global talent, ilr, and other visa routes. * use workforce and immigration data insights to support decision\-making in organisational change and workforce planning activities. * maintain accurate hr and sponsorship records to ensure audit readiness and reporting compliance. * manage the full lifecycle of fixed\-term contracts, ensuring timely reviews, renewals, consultations and terminations, and maintaining alignment with immigration sponsorship requirements. * experience in uk immigration/sponsorship processes it is therefore advisable to apply as early as possible if you would like to be considered for a role."
