"**immigration paralegal** **take the next step in your immigration / legal career!** we are looking for an experienced **immigration professional** to join our in\-house legal team at **clece care services ltd**, one of the uk s largest domiciliary care providers with over 8,000 employees across 14 companies. this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a **large\-scale sponsorship and right to work programme**, working in a fast\-paced, multi\-site organisation within the care sector. if you have strong experience in **uk immigration law, sponsorship licences, and home office compliance**, this could be the perfect role for you. as an **immigration manager / legal specialist**, you will lead and manage the organisation s **sponsorship licence and right to work compliance processes** across multiple entities. this is a hands\-on role where you will work closely with stakeholders across the business, as well as managing and supporting immigration leads. * managing and improving sponsorship licence processes and compliance frameworks * processing cos applications, visa transfers, and sms system management * conducting right to work checks and applying statutory defence requirements * collating immigration data and reporting to senior leadership * providing advice and legal support on immigration matters \- 3 5\+ years experience in **business immigration** \- strong knowledge of **uk immigration law and sponsorship licences** if you are looking for a unique in\-house opportunity to lead immigration compliance within a large organisation, we would love to hear from you. * business immigration: 3 years (preferred)"
