"the visas and membership advisor will support medivet by processing, coordinating, and managing visa applications, professional memberships, and relevant colleague coverage requirements. working within the people team, this role will provide accurate, timely, and colleague\-focused support across visa administration, rcvs, rcvn and bva memberships, and vds coverage. * process and coordinate visa applications, extensions, and related administration, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow\-up. * maintain accurate visa records and trackers, monitoring expiry dates, key milestones, and renewal requirements. * act as a point of contact for colleagues and managers on visa, membership, and coverage queries, providing clear and timely guidance. * support regular reporting and tracking of visa, membership, and vds activity, highlighting upcoming renewals, risks, or outstanding actions. * identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and communication relating to visas, memberships, and coverage. * experience supporting visa, right to work, professional membership, or compliance\-related processes."
