"the position has been established to support the implementation and ongoing management of a new colleague sponsorship compliance system, ensuring we continue to meet our obligations as a licensed sponsor and maintain accurate records for our sponsored workforce. working closely with the hr team, home administrators, and operational colleagues, you will play a key role in supporting the transition to the new system through accurate data entry, record management, and the development of robust processes that ensure all sponsorship compliance requirements are met. * accurately input employee information into the sponsorship compliance system. * create, maintain, and update employee records, ensuring all sponsorship and compliance documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date. * monitor compliance documentation, including right to work documentation, visas, certificates of sponsorship, expiry dates, and other sponsorship\-related records. * assist in establishing and embedding robust processes to ensure ongoing compliance with uk sponsorship requirements. * support internal compliance audits and ensure records are maintained in line with ukvi sponsor licence requirements. experience of uk sponsorship compliance, right to work checks, or working within a regulated environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided. join us at bcg, where your attention to detail and commitment to compliance will help ensure we continue to meet our responsibilities as a licensed sponsor while supporting colleagues across the organisation."
