"we are seeking an organised and compassionate immigration \& redeployment coordinator to join our recruitment team. the postholder will be responsible for managing all aspects of immigration compliance and visa sponsorship within the trust, including providing specialist advice on immigration and visa matters, managing the certificate of sponsorship (cos) process through the home office sponsorship management system (sms), maintaining accurate right\-to\-work records, and ensuring compliance with uk visas and immigration (ukvi) regulations. this is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting employees while ensuring compliance with complex immigration and employment processes. act as the trust's first point of contact for immigration and visa\-related queries, providing specialist advice to managers, employees and candidates. manage the end\-to\-end certificate of sponsorship (cos) process through the sponsorship management system (sms), ensuring compliance with ukvi requirements. maintain sponsored worker records, visa expiry dates and right\-to\-work documentation, ensuring accurate data is recorded within esr and hr systems. provide guidance and training to managers and hr colleagues on immigration compliance and sponsorship requirements. produce reports on immigration, sponsorship and redeployment activity, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement."
